For 60 minutes, my complete focus is on you. I'm attuned to your breath, your body, and your energy.
Integration Support
After your session, I'll share guidance for integrating your experience and continuing your practice at home.
Flexible Scheduling
I offer morning, afternoon, and evening slots to fit your schedule. Online sessions also available.
Your Session Journey
Arrival & Settling
We'll begin with a brief check-in. I'll guide you to settle into your body and set an intention for our time together.
Breathwork Journey
You'll lie down comfortably as I guide you through a specific breathing pattern. I'll be with you every breath, adjusting the intensity and pace to support your experience.
Integration & Closing
We'll gently return to normal breathing. I'll guide you back to full awareness, and we'll briefly discuss what came up and how to integrate your experience.
