During a session, you'll lie down comfortably and follow a specific breathing pattern. You may experience physical sensations, emotional release, or deep relaxation. Every session is unique.
While generally safe, Breathwork can be intense. It's not recommended for those with cardiovascular issues, pregnancy, or history of seizures without prior consultation. Always inform your facilitator of any health conditions.
